Future Workplaces certification achieved, again

The Siqnificant Company has again granted Fingersoft with the Future Workplaces 2022 certification. The certification is given to companies where “company culture is led with exceptional employee insight”.

Fingersoft employees’ satisfaction was measured using the Siqni survey. The survey collects information about the most meaningful factors for employees at work and how well they feel those things are realized. 

Based on the results, Fingersoft achieved a Siqni index score of 86, which easily surpasses the needed 80 points to receive the Future Workplaces certification.
