BUT WAIT—THERE’S MORE!

Every vehicle has been rebalanced, with some completely rebuilt from the ground up, giving underdogs an extra punch and oomph. Buckle up; we’re heading into deep-dive technical territory. Hold onto your bricks and dig deep:
All vehicles: Increased friction to rear bumpers to prevent long-distance vehicle rear dragging.
MK2: Reduced air rotation speed and HP. Was unintentionally too durable; now aligned with similar vehicles.
MK3: Reduced air rotation speed and top-speed upgrade. Top speed was too high; balances it against other fast vehicles.
Bus: Increased max fuel, suspension, and grip on medium surfaces. Reduced max top speed. Adjusted to be a steady, fuel-efficient climber rather than a speedster.
Law Rider: Increased stability to avoid unintended wheelies.
Race Car: Increased top-speed upgrade. Reduced grip on medium surfaces. Rear bumper adjusted to avoid track collisions. Prevents dominance across all terrains; this brings it in line with other vehicles.
Ace: Increased top speed, torque and its upgrade, suspension and its upgrade. Center of mass shifted toward the rear. Improved bottom spring length, losing less speed on bumps. Reduced grip on soft surfaces. Helps differentiate overall feeling in handling.
Monster: Increased grip, suspension force, HP upgrade, top speed upgrade, torque and its upgrade. Lowered center of mass. Removed downforce. Reduced suspension upgrade effectiveness. Previously underperforming, now better handles on both the ground and in the air.
Cave Crawler: Increased HP and its upgrade, max speed, grip, suspension and its upgrade. Reduced rear bumper size, suspension length, and top-speed upgrade. Added new crawling functionality that allows it to scale steep hills more easily, provided it briefly slows down first.
Shark: Increased stability to avoid unintended wheelies. Reduced grip, air rotation speed, motor brake, HP, and its upgrade. Previously too weak, Shark is now a high-speed, high-risk option, rewarding skilled drivers and making it easier to reach max turbo stages.
Tailspin Turbo adjustments:
- Increased: Top speed modifier and turbo torque multiplier.
- Decreased: Turbo constant push force, impulse force, and fuel consumption while turbo is active.
- Turbo stage charge time now reduces when upgrading handling (up to 50% reduction at max upgrade).
And that’s just the beginning. With this massive update, LEGO® Hill Climb Adventures is geared up for the road ahead with new frontiers on the horizon, but that’s for another time! Now get out there and make your mark—we’ll see you on the track!
