”As a testament to our commitment to fostering talent and recognizing the dedication of our team members, we are thrilled to announce the appointment of three esteemed colleagues to new Director positions. At Fingersoft, we nurture a culture where individuals can thrive, and we are proud to reward their loyalty with opportunities for growth. During the COVID period, our company’s workforce doubled, leading us to restructure our organization to better support our larger team. These changes are aimed at distributing responsibilities more effectively and ensuring that everyone in the company receives the support they deserve,” says Jaakko Kylmäoja, CEO of Fingersoft.
Kylmäoja continues: “We have successfully maintained our revenue at a level that has allowed us to invest in the development of two new games over several years without any income constraints. However, our goal is not merely to maintain the status quo but to achieve significant growth. The new organizational structure is designed to better support this ambition. We are confident in the abilities of our newly appointed Directors and look forward to the invaluable contributions they will make as we continue on our path to even greater success.”
Last year, Fingersoft’s turnover was 24.1 million euros, and its profit was 1.8 million euros. In February of 2024, the company appointed Daniel Rantala as its Chief Growth Officer and member of the leadership team. Fingersoft is looking to increase growth by focusing on innovation, strategic partnerships, and new opportunities in the constantly changing gaming landscape.
